The action is really starting to come to a head now in the European Poker Tour London Main Event as the final two tables of eight players apiece were chopped in half to leave just the one of them. The action was as exhilarating as we have come to expect in this year’s European Poker Tour London Main Event as within just six levels that final table had been reached.
Jeff Rossiter was the man who would finish the day with the biggest smile as he topped the chip counts with a total of 5,205,000, giving him just under a million more than Georgios Karakousis in second place.
Also heading into the final table tomorrow will be Robin Ylitalo and the very fortunate Kully Sidhu who not only managed to survive the final table bubble but should also have been out of the event earlier in the day. He ran his pocket kings into the pocket aces of an opponent saw another ace hit the flop but then witnessed running spades to win with a flush.
The Players That Fell At The Last Hurdle
With eight just players needing to be eliminated for that final table to be created, it meant that half the field would end up a little disappointed whilst the other extremely happy. At least the players that were eliminated took home a decent amount of money for their troubles as we lost the likes of David Yan, Tudor Purice and Nicolau Villa Lobos as well as the unfortunate bubble boy Martin Kozlov who cashed for £47,750 for his 9th place finish.
12th for 32810£. Happy with the run, a bit disappointed obv but gg. Gl all still in especially Martin and @JeffRossiter.

GGed in 16th, obviously disappointed but there is that possibility you may bust when you make a move on the “weaker” player. #ontothenext
