Faraz Jaka (SC)OOPS (vid)

oops on keyboard

We have all been there right? You register for a tournament online thinking it is your usual Texas Holdem variation only to discover when it is too late, that you are actually now playing a completely different variation such as Omaha Hi/Lo.

Well just to show that even the top pros make this mistake, Faraz Jaka last night made a $320 mistake by entering a Omaha Hi Lo satellite tournament. As you can see from the following tweets, he has never played the game before and quickly went about asking his followers for some last minute advice.

His confusion carried on

As you can see the confusion was really getting to him, as it would anyone that was stepping into this variation of poker for the first time. Rather amazingly however he managed to make the final table as you can see below.

Then astonishingly he made the top four with the top three winning a seat in the $2k SCOOP event. Eventually however he could only manage 4th place for a payout of $600, though he may feel a little relieved to not have won a seat.

For your next accident Faraz, we strongly recommend a bit of 2-7 Triple Draw!
