involved.
You will find the "Reverse Withdrawals" function under the
"Deposit" tab in the WebDollar Cashier. On this page, you

as "Reversed" on the comment line in your transaction log.
Deposits

WebDollar accepts any of the credit/debit cards shown above to fund
your WebDollar account. Your credit card transaction will be processed
quickly, and if approved, your WebDollar account will be credited
immediately. Your card will be billed as "www.WebDollar.com"
or "WebDollar" on your statement. There is no service charge
for using a credit/debit card to conduct WebDollar transactions.
Please note that due to recent banking restrictions, your bank may
deny your purchase of credits using your credit/debit card. If your
transaction is denied, WebDollar recommends that you use one of the
several other available methods to fund your WebDollar account.

NETeller is a convenient, fast and secure way to
conduct online monetary transfers. Using your NETeller account is
like using an online wallet.
There is no fee to transfer funds to and from your WebDollar
account using NETeller, and your account will be credited instantly.
NETeller offers a wide range of deposit options. These include
deposits by credit/debit card, electronic fund transfer (EFT),
bank deposit as well as NETeller InstaCASH and FCash.
Please note that when you use a credit or debit card to deposit
funds into your NETeller account, the transactions will be billed
as "NETELLER.COM" or "ESHOP" on your credit/debit
card statement.
If you do not have a NETeller account, please go to www.NETeller.com
to apply. If you have any questions about opening a NETeller account,
please consult these
guidelines.
When you use NETeller InstaCASH to fund your WebDollar
account, you can instantly transfer money from your bank account into
your WebDollar account via your NETeller account.
It is entirely free to transfer funds instantly into your WebDollar
account by using NETeller InstaCASH. NETeller normally charges an
8.9% fee for InstaCASH transactions, but WebDollar will cover this
fee as long as you initiate your InstaCASH deposit in the WebDollar
Cashier. WebDollar cannot cover the InstaCASH fee if you initiate
the transaction from your NETeller account.

As a customer from Germany or Austria, you can use a paysafecard
to fund your WebDollar account. The paysafecard is a prepaid card
used for shopping on the Internet. It allows you to easily and instantly
make secure payments to your WebDollar account whenever you wish.
Deposits by paysafecard are simple, and your WebDollar account
will be funded instantly. Scratch off the area on your paysafecard
to reveal a PIN code and enter it with the amount you wish to
deposit in the WebDollar Cashier. No bank account information,
credit card numbers or other financial data are required.
Security is assured since your PIN code and password are confidential
and transactions take place on the secure paysafe server. Deposits
by paysafecard are entirely free of charge. For larger purchases,
you can combine up to ten paysafecards for a single transaction.
The paysafecard is available for purchase in a wide range of
venues in Germany and Austria: petrol stations, kiosks, supermarkets,
banks, post offices, etc. Customers from Germany can also purchase
paysafecard PIN codes online.
A wire transfer may be the most convenient way for
you to deposit funds into your WebDollar account. Funds are electronically
sent from your bank account to your WebDollar bank account. Hence,
you do not need a credit card.
When you request a wire transfer, be sure to include your personal
information (name, WebDollar account number and PIN code). We also
ask that you send an e-mail message to deposit@WebDollar.com
to notify us that you have initiated a wire transfer so we can avoid
any delays in funding your account. Please include your name, WebDollar
account number and PIN code in this e-mail message.
If the most convenient method for you to deposit funds into your WebDollar
account is by bank draft or check, please contact
your local bank and ask for a bank draft or sign a personal check
in the currency used in the WebDollar software where you intend to
play. Make sure to enclose your personal information (name, WebDollar
account number and PIN code) with the bank draft or check.
Withdrawals

You can now withdraw your winnings directly to any of the credit/debit
cards shown above if you have previously used the card to make a WebDollar
deposit within the last 180 days. This is the fastest and most convenient
way to withdraw your money and it is free of charge. The amount you
withdraw to your credit/debit card is NOT limited to your original
deposit; the full amount of your requested withdrawal will be credited
directly to your credit/debit card. By using your card to make a withdrawal,
you can avoid the time and trouble involved in cashing a bank draft
or waiting for a wire transfer.
MasterCard is currently not available for withdrawals by credit/debit
card. You may, however, deposit funds to your WebDollar account
with your MasterCard and withdraw funds using any other WebDollar
withdrawal alternative.
As of January 1, 2004, VISA no longer allows customers in certain
countries to withdraw funds back to their credit/debit cards. To see

by Credit/Debit Card" if you have a card for which the "Withdrawal
by Credit/Debit Card" alternative is available.
NETeller is a convenient, fast and safe way to transfer
money online. You can use NETeller to transfer funds both to and from
a large number of merchants. Even if you have not made a WebDollar
deposit using NETeller, it is still possible to withdraw your winnings
to your NETeller account. There is no charge for transferring funds
to or from your WebDollar account. NETeller offers several withdrawal
methods including withdrawal by credit card, electronic fund transfer,
check, Fed Ex check and FCash. If you do not have a NETeller account,
please go to www.NETeller.com
to apply. If you have any questions about opening a NETeller account,
please consult these

When you wish to make a withdrawal, you can request your funds to
be sent to you by wire transfer. A wire transfer
is an electronic transfer of funds from your WebDollar account to
your bank account. Receiving your winnings by wire transfer is faster
than receiving a bank draft or check, since winnings will be transferred
directly to your bank account.
When you wish to make a withdrawal, you can request your funds to
be sent to you by bank draft/check. Please note that
it will take longer to receive your winnings by bank draft/check than
by wire transfer. If you would like to receive your winnings quickly,
please consider another withdrawal alternative.

Your credit card-issuing bank must also authorize each credit card transaction.
