After yesterday’s quiet day at the tables the action was back up to the usual 6 figure wins and it was Alex “IReadYrSoul” Millar who was at the peak of his form.
He was on the $400/$800 6-Max No Limit Hold’em ring games for nine hours playing just three sessions and grinding his way through 629 hands. Other players at the same tables included “luvtheWNBA”, “KidPoker705”, “Denoking”, “OMGClayAiken”, “MalACEsia” and “Tight-Man1”.
Millar was also in one of the biggest pot of the day as most top spot winners seem to be as of late. To get that big profit at least one big pot needs to be turned over for the day and Millar did it in style versus “MalACEsia”, who incidentally turned over the biggest loss of the day. In the $344,000 pot “IReadYrSoul” had landed a two pair and went with them after “MalACEsia” pushed with his pair backed up by an up and down straight draw and a flush draw on top of that. It was bad news and good news as the board blanked on “MalACEsia” and the cash was pushed into “IReadYrSoul’s” stack.
The overall winnings Millar has been pulling in since July has meant that his huge drop, which had tipped over $1.5 million in red has virtually been wiped out.
Viktor “Isildur1″ Blom, who we all love, finally gave everyone something to cheer about, and gave himself something to smile about after threatening to look into pursuing a career as a Mario Kart racer…! He won $362,108 with much of his earnings coming from the Deuce to Seven tables, which Blom has had some success from over the year. Blom was also in the action versus “Kagome Kagome”, Patrik Antonius and Gus Hansen as well as “Seb86” in other games. Some games he conquered heads-up, while others he played short-handed.
Over on the Omaha High/Low Fixed Limit tables, Blom made sure that today was going to go his way after beating down Gus Hansen for $68,000. For Hansen, despite that loss he was still a winner and joined Patrik “FinddaGrind” Antonius and “Sauce1234” as 6 figure winners.

Hansen was in fact responsible for “SallyWoo’s” -$192,016 downfall. Both players were heads-up on the $2,000/$4,000 Fixed Limit Omaha High/Low tables. Hansen came out the victor squeezing “SallyWoo” for over $200,000.
Yesterday’s Top 5 Losses
“kagome kagome” (-$384,928)
“Seb86” – (-$149,366)
Ben “Sauce1234″ Sulsky was the man dishing out some large losses and he destroyed “luvtheWNBA” in a pot worth $394,000. Sulsky was on fire on the $400/$800 No Limit Hold’em tables and that score was thanks to rivering a King high flush and then checking to “luvtheWNBA”, who walked into the trap with a big bet before Sulsky check raised virtually leaving him pot committed.
