Some poker players have plenty of fans, others are less willing to blog about their activity at and off the tables, with Randy Lew being somewhere in between. You probably know that he uses the nickname “nanonoko” and he is an online poker star with PokerStars. Famous for his uncanny ability of playing at multiple tables simultaneously, Randy decided that it is time to release a five minute video and answer the questions asked by his followers.
The video is structured as an interview, with Lew playing both roles. One of the central questions in the interview was about his short term plans, while he was asked about his favourite Asian poker player,
He enjoys playing video games every now and then, although none of the summer’s blockbusters were mentioned. One a more serious tone, “nanonoko” said that his passion for poker is what drives him and it is not actually the prospect of winning money but the pleasure of playing that provides the impetus to persevere.
Zoom poker is gaining a lot of traction recently and as a result many questions were about what he thinks of this new type of poker. Lew says that he is a staunch supporter of Zoom poker because it presents players with the chance of playing more hands in a single session. The more hands one plays, the better their chances are to outshine an inferior opponent and it comes as no surprise that a grinder such as Randy, with great multi-tasking abilities fancies this type of poker.
