The last week of April was another busy one with regards to the high stakes players over at Full Tilt Poker and PokerStars. There was big money changing hands on a daily basis so we are back again to let you know how this affects the yearly profit rankings.
That final week in April saw Patrik Antonius emerge as the player with the largest profits after taking home more than $350k. Other names that turned a profit during that time were Phil Ivey and Paul Phua.

Whilst he had a great week, Antonius also saw himself move to the top of the yearly charts with profits of more than $1.2 million though he is very closely followed by Niki Jedlicka. Dan Cates and Doug Polk are also among the top earners to date this year and will be looking to increase that further in the coming months.

Jedlicka has had a good year so far but last week saw him emerge as the biggest loser after dropping almost $170k. He is joined in the losses rankings for that week by Alex Luneau and “SanIker” with each of them looking to claw those losses back in the next week or so.

By far the biggest loser of the year so far is the newly revealed Chun Lei Zhou. He finally admitted to being “samrostan” during the EPT Grand Final last week and that is the screen name that has recorded the most losses so far this year. Behind him is the likes of Phil ivey and Viktor Blom.

Yesterday there was again some big action at the online tables and it was Hac “trex313” Dang that came out on top after recording profits of $301.7k at both the 2-7 TD and Pot Limit Omaha tables. “punting-peddler” was the only other real winner on the day after a haul of $180.5k taken at the Pot-Limit Omaha tables.
