Patrik “FinddaGrind” Antonius Bags A Welcome $323k
Yet again it was the Fixed Limit Omaha Hi/Lo tables that saw most of the action at the high stakes tables with the biggest winner on them over the past couple of days being Patrik “FinddaGrinda” Antonius after he scored an impressive $323.1k.
He only played for a couple of hours to win this amount, with his opponents being the likes of Viktor “Isildur1” Blom, “Pixkim” and the in-form “samrostan”. It was the former that Antonius took most of his profits from however, though his opponent still managed to go on and make a profit of his own during this period.
Blom actually is the biggest source of action at the site right now after putting in mammoth session after mammoth session, with him usually at the tables for fifteen hours at a time.
He initially started the day slowly and actually lost around $150k when up against “KPR16” though he quickly recouped that. He then went and lost to Antonius which put him back down to a loss of around $400k.
In typical Blom style though he rallied back and won a total of $500k when playing a variety of opponents that included “cottonseed1”, “SallyWoo” and the player he earlier lost to “KPR16”. He eventually managed to finish the day with around $115k profit, which was well earned after an up and down day.
It also meant that the player who lost the most during this period was “KPR16” after he dropped a total of $367.7k despite that early win from Viktor Blom.
“samrostan” has now been officially revealed as “patpatpanda”, with the name change seemingly being made to try and induce some better luck on the tables, or to at least try and fool his opponents who probably know how he plays.
It seems to be working at the moment as he managed to bring home $117.1k to finish as the periods second highest profit maker behind Antonius. Next up in the list came Blom with his $114.8k after a typical day at the tables for him.
The only other winner during this period was a fairly unknown player in the shape of “458854” who managed to amass a profit of $61.7k over at PokerStars. This is the second profit we have recorded from him this week which means we now have another mover and shaker with regards to high stakes poker action.
