Liv Boeree was born back in 1984 and was always destined to go on and be a success in whatever she decided to do. She has been a television presenter, model and of course a successful professional poker player.
She initially learned the game after taking part in a reality TV show. Soon after she became a regular host on various poker coverage shows, and it wasn’t long before she was making waves at the table herself.
Throughout her poker career, Boeree has amassed 12 cashes in World Series of Poker events with the largest of them being €26,611 for an 18th place finish, whilst her big payday came when she catapulted into poker stardom after winning the EPT San Remo in 2010 for €1,250,000.
She has since been signed up to represent PokerStars as one of their Team Pros, something that most players would readily admit that they would jump at the chance to do. She is part of the team alongside other prominent players such as Daniel Negreanu, Jason Mercier, Bertrand Grospellier and her good friend Vanessa Selbst. They always seem to be having a great time too, considering parties like the one below.
Liv Boeree is one of the most recognizable faces in poker these days and is always trying her best to connect with her fans through social media such as Twitter and Facebook.

We think she has a big career ahead of her, especially considering the amount of hard work and effort she puts in to improve her game as well as travel the globe to take part in huge events. It should not be too long before her next big score comes along and we believe it will be the first of many, many more.
