MaharajahClub Signs CryptoLogic Agreement

CryptoLogic Limited will now be the sole provider of online gaming software for virtual casino MaharajahClub.com following the signing of a contract with parent company Maharajah Gaming.

Under the agreement, the Dublin-based developer of online gaming software will provide MaharajahClub.com with one of the Internet’s most extensive virtual casino and poker offerings through its WagerLogic subsidiary.

Curacao-licensed MaharajahClub.com is one of the largest gaming sites for Southeast Asian communities in the UK and around the world. The two companies stated that the site’s new poker offering would be launched by the summer followed by the release of more than ten of CryptoLogic’s top-performing casino games later in the year.

In addition, the agreement will see CryptoLogic implement a larger gaming suite for MaharajahClub.com including non-downloadable poker and casino products next year.

“With a strong core business in Europe and an emerging business in Asia, CryptoLogic will work diligently with MaharajahClub.com to bring the Southeast Asian community a truly exceptional gaming experience,” said Brian Hadfield, President and Chief Executive Officer for CryptoLogic.

“For the CryptoLogic team, it’s particularly exciting to earn the confidence of a popular and well-established gaming brand in a very competitive environment. CryptoLogic will work hard to keep this confidence and to help MaharajahClub.com attract and retain loyal players.”

Maharaja Gaming has more than 25,000 active players and stated that this number should grow rapidly as more South Asian countries liberalise their gaming regulations and invest in Internet infrastructures.

“CryptoLogic’s reputation for industry-leading innovation makes this partnership exceptional for our business and our players,” said Sachin Pawa, Chief Executive Officer for Maharaja Gaming.

“CryptoLogic’s industry expertise will help us expand and broaden our competitive edge with Southeast Asian customers. Together, we will develop an extraordinary experience for our players.”
