PokerStars Announces EPT Season Five Schedule



Following on from what was an incredibly successful Season Four, the EPT has announced the much-anticipated line up for next season's tour.

PokerStars.com have continued as the sponsors of the tour, which next year begins in September in sunny Spain. The French also have something to celebrate with the news that Deauville has made a welcome return to the line-up. The initial nine dates have been announced as follows:

EPT Barcelona Open, September 10 - 14, 2008

EPT chief executive John Duthie was encouraged by the progress the EPT has been making in the last four years, saying 'The new EPT season includes all the events which have made the past four seasons such a triumph with record fields across Europe and record prize pools. We have set very high standards and aim to improve on this still further in Season 5.'
