PokerStars Sending 200 To World Series

Online casino PokerStars.com has announced that it has invested $2.5 million in order to send 200 players to the World Series of Poker (WSOP) in Las Vegas next month.

PokerStars.com has promised to send upwards of 2,000 players to the famous Nevada tournament and has launched a series of online qualifier tournaments awarding 200 lucky players with a $12,500 WSOP Main Event seat package.

The satellite series has a $370 buy-in with the prize package including the $10,000 Main Event buy-in for the 39th WSOP plus travel and accommodation allowances.

PokerStars.com revealed that its sponsored professional players have already had an impact at the event happening at the Rio All-Suite Hotel and Casino. Daniel Negreanu has won his fourth bracelet while Victor Ramdin and Barry Greenstein hit the money list in three other events.
