Tuesday 17th June 2008 Online Casino Targeting Asia Launched
Online casino operator Mong Ha Media has announced the launch of a new Internet casino at VivaMacau.com powered by I-Gaming Software with casino games, sportsbetting and poker.
Targeted at the Asian market, the new site is designed to provide players with everything they could find in a land-based casino and, according to a statement from Mong Ha, includes the latest cutting-edge technology and superior design.
“We will be good competition for the existing Macau casinos,” said Sam Casteel, Public Relations Director for Mong Ha Media.
“We have watched closely the success that our land-based competitors have achieved.”
Casteel stated that the site’s poker room is to host $1.4 million in freeroll poker tournaments this year while players can take part in special games to gain entry into the Aussie Millions and the Asia Pacific Poker Tour alongside other popular land-based events.
“We also provide a number of sportsbetting options,” said Casteel.
“Sports lovers can bet on their favourite events including international soccer, football, basketball, baseball, boxing, tennis, golf and more.”
The casino section of the site has 50 games including slots, video poker, keno and popular table games such as craps, roulette, pai gow and Caribbean stud poker.
