Card Guards Probably Do Work, According to Obama



You've got your lucky card guard, you get aces and the money all floats into the middle in one effortless motion. You get your call, and then the swine flops broadway with his AK. Card guard out of the window? If you've lost your faith in your lucky card cover, you might want to read this.

While politicians often employ some fairly intricate maneouvering to secure votes, it seems that Barack Obama is also relying on some good, old-fashioned lucky charms.

In a report from Associated Press, Obama confessed to carrying a few trinkets supporters have handed him at campaign appearances along the way — one of which is a lucky poker chip.

'They'll hand it to you and they'll say, 'I want you to be well, but I want you to fight for me,'' Obama said. Of course, should the lucky poker chip see Barack into the White House, the owner might be suffering some bad luck back on the green tables. Those are the breaks...
