VIP launches multi-functional terminal

VIP Gaming Solutions is bringing to the casino market a multiple result touchscreen terminal that offers the ultimate in game flexibility. The product is a result of detailed discussions with operators, which showed that players wanted to be able to bet on more than one game at once from a central credit bank.

The new VIP Touchscreen therefore allows players to bet on up to four games simultaneously. It is a multiple result terminal whereby players can bet on four sources at the same time, whether live roulette wheels, automated roulette wheels, random number generators, keno, slot-style games, fixed odds games, lottery games and even a customer's own games. The results can be sourced internally or externally from the building where the terminals are located. The product will be configured to comply with jurisdictional regulations.

The terminal allows players to switch between the different games (split into a four colour spectrum of green, blue, red and burgundy games), simply by touching the screen. Roulette, for example, plays exactly the same way as do other terminals on the market, with players placing bets by selecting chips and placing these on the betting grid. And just as in the live game, the player can 'call neighbour bets' by placing bets on numbers quickly by betting on a section of the wheel.

Players can also put 'previous bets' on the grid layout, but only in the game the player is playing at that time. At the bottom of the screen is shown Credit and Total Bets and Last Win, with information pages displaying the rules of play and also showing the last 16 winning numbers. And to be as flexible as possible, all bets can be configured by the operator, including the chip values and the rate of bets on a number, the minimum and maximum values on all bets.

VIP Touchscreen can be built into virtually any cabinet depending on the casino operator's individual requirements. This modular format means that VIP can create bespoke cabinets for unique player terminals able to fit into any location.

VIP Gaming Solutions has concentrated on building a product for the international market, where operators can choose from a selection of high-end payment

solutions from world-renowned brands to best fit jurisdictional requirements.

Various payment solutions are available and pay-in and pay-out solutions will be customer driven, with high quality devices available including, bill acceptor, ticket printer and card reader, as well as hopper and coin mechanisms.
