Cantor Signs Mobile Gambling Agreement With M Resort

Cantor Gaming has announced a long-term agreement with the under-construction M Resort, Spa and Casino to provide mobile gaming technology for the venue’s casino floor and race and sportsbook facilities.

M Resort, Spa and Casino is being built in Las Vegas at a cost of over one billion dollars and is scheduled for completion for the spring of next year. The deal will see Cantor Gaming deploy a server-based gaming system with full back-office infrastructure and an extensive portfolio of games.

An affiliate of global financial services company Cantor Fitzgerald, Cantor Gaming revealed that its mobile gaming technology would permit customers to play familiar casino-style games such as slots, blackjack, roulette, baccarat and poker within the property but away from the confines of the traditional casino floor. Guests will be able to play on hand-held devices in designated areas throughout the resort along with betting in unique ways in the Resort’s race and sportsbook area.

“We want to provide our guests with the best overall gaming experience available,” said Joseph Magliarditi, Executive Vice-President and Chief Operating Officer for M Resort, Spa and Casino.

“Cantor Gaming is an industry leader in the mobile gaming market and shares in our commitment to provide guests with an unparalleled gaming experience.”

The deal is still subject to approval by the Nevada Gaming Commission and Nevada Control Board and will see Cantor Gaming operate the Resort’s race and sportsbook.
