Steve Chung Bites The Dust Just Shy Of The Magic 666

As the WSOP 2008 main event gets down to the final 666 competitors, from a massive 6,844 just a few days ago, Steve Chung was the unlucky may to bite the dust falling just shy of the money list at number 667. Chung is now on his way home as the main event looks to kick on and dwindle the last 666 down to the final table which will be televised later this year.<br /> <br /> While Chung will obviously be disappointed at missing out on the chance to grab the last gold bracelet in the competition, he will be pleased to know that his buy-in for the main event next year will be covered by one of the sponsors Best Light. Competition is now starting to hot up at the business end of the main event with many players just pleased to have made it to the money list, although some are already thinking of further glory and the chance to bag the $9 million jackpot!<br /> <br /> As we have covered of late, WSOP 2008 will go down as one of the best WSOP tournaments of all time with record attendances in many events and a record prize pool for the lucky few.
