No Glamour At The WSOP Final Table

She was the last lady left standing, she was the glamour of the final day, but sadly for those sponsoring Tiffany Michelle and her army of male followers, Monday just did not happen for her and she bowed out of WSOP 2008 just a day short of the final table. Despite starting the day with a great stack of chips she did not really stand much of a chance with a number of dud hands and a couple of desperate bluffs.<br /> <br /> However, there is no shame in bowing out in 17th place, this year’s top placed lady, with a cheque for $334,534 and headlines all over the world. There had been a suggestion that she would have been the hub of the TV marketing campaign prior to the final table if she had managed to hang in there. This lady has glamour and poker skill in great abundance.<br /> <br /> It was a little sad not to see a lady make it through to the final table especially when you bear in mind the growing number of female players in the sport. However, Tiffany Michelle has set the standard for ladies of the future and there are high hopes for this superstar over the next 12 months.
