Thursday 4th September 2008 PartyGaming Receives eCOGRA Approval
London-listed online gaming operator PartyGaming has announced that three of its sites have passed the complex Safe and Fair accreditation process offered by the eCommerce and Online Gaming Regulation and Assurance (eCOGRA) non-profit player protection and standards organisation.
'After extensive testing and inspection by the eCOGRA professional compliance team, PartyGaming passed with flying colours,” said Andrew Beveridge, Chief Executive Officer for eCOGRA.
'Our independent directors have awarded the revocable Safe and Fair seal and are satisfied that PartyCasino.com, PartyPoker.com and EmpirePoker.com meet the required standards for responsible gambling, player protection, management and fiscal integrity and operational best practice.”
Gibraltar-based PartyGaming is one of the world’s largest online casino operators and is a member of the European Gaming and Betting Association (EGBA), for whose best practice standards eCOGRA provides assessment services and shares common goals in securing high standards of operational and regulatory compliance.
