Friday 31st October 2008 Bluff Poker Tour Kicks Off Sunday
The Bluff Poker Tour, hosted by Bluff Europe and a wide array of different poker rooms, will begin unofficially with a warm-up even this Sunday at PokerHost.
This fixture will not count towards overall points standings but will help players get into the swing of things.
If a poker tournament alone isn’t enough to tempt you, how about the celebrity factor – Poker Hall of Fame members T.J. Cloutier and Barbra Enwright as well as 1983 champion Tom McEvoy are set to play in the online event.
The Bluff Poker Tour was created in 2005 and ran very successfully throughout 2006. PicClub has made it possible to create the tour this year – simply create an account with PicClub and you are eligible to play in any of the $11 events.
The BPT will run from November 2nd, 2008 to May 9th, 2009. Tour stops will be every Thursday at 9.15PM EST and at least four name pros are planned to play in each event. Knock out a pro and you gain automatic entry into the Tournament of Champions at the culmination of the tour.
