Have you ever changed your style of poker player?

While the number of online poker players continues to grow rapidly it seems as many poker players are not really aware of their natural style of play. The one thing that top players in the poker industry have in common is the fact that they know their strengths and they know their weaknesses, but so many new entrants to the industry seem unaware of these. Until you are able to locate your own strengths and avoid your weaknesses where possible you are literally fighting a losing battle and could be rich pickings for more experienced players.<br /> <br /> While a natural style will often involve, if you let it, there may be a time when you need to change your strategy and change your thoughts to poker. Still using your underlying strengths and weaknesses it is possible to adjust your strategy in place to accommodate what your competitors are up to. Poker play is something which looks very simple on the surface but underneath there is so much more going on.<br /> <br /> Next time you visit a tournament, watch poker TV or read about games, you would do well to check out the strategies and approaches used by the professionals and see which ones suit your skills.
