Wednesday 14th January 2009 Slotland Pays Out $68,500 In Free Bonus Draws
January 14, 2009 (London, UK) – Dozens of Slotland players found an extra $500 to $15,000 deposited in their accounts this month as part of two annual bonus prize programs. Slotland.com gave away a total of $68,500 in free bonus draw prize money in 2008 and vows to do the same again in 2009. In random draws, the slots and video poker site will give away another $13,200 in prize money this year. And another $55,500 will once again be divided up among the casino’s top depositors. These prizes are over and above Slotland’s progressive jackpot that is hit for six-figures every six weeks or so and awarded nearly a million dollars in 2008.
For each deposit they make, Slotland players get one chance to win in the special end-of-the-year random draw. First prize is $5000 and second prize is $2000. A total of $13,500 is awarded to 20 lucky and often unsuspecting slot machine players.
In addition to the random draw, Slotland also has a prize pool of $55,500 to be awarded to their top 30 depositors each year. The player with the greatest total deposits for the year receives $15,000. Second and third highest depositors receive $10,000 and $5000
“Especially with the random draw the winners are often quite surprised they’ve won a bonus prize,” said Ondrej Tuma of Slotland.com. “Some of the top depositors anticipate their year-end bonus but most of the random draw winners didn’t even know they were automatically entered when they made a deposit!”
A list of 2008 winners has just been posted at Slotland.com. Many of these happy players are well known to their fellow players and to Slotland’s Customer Service staff since they have been playing at the slots and video poker site for years.
