Aussie millions kicks off a bright 2009

The Crown Casino will this month play host to some of the world’s leading poker players as we see the launch of the Aussie millions 2009. We are seeing the cream of the poker community making their way down to Australia with the likes of Steve Sung, Quinn Do, David Rheem and many others set to tackle this ever popular poker tournament.<br /> <br /> It will be interesting to see who makes the grade in this tough competition which is attracting more and more players year on year. Poker in Australia has been one of the success stories of recent times and with events such as the Aussie millions first up at the start of the year, the event is sure to receive substantial media coverage around the world.<br /> <br /> While the World Series of Poker is obviously the leader in the poker tournament sector there are many suggesting that the Aussie millions can at least compete for the second most popular poker tournament in the world. There is speculation that a number of strong poker teams will be flying their representatives to the region and attempting to grab at least a small piece of the limelight for themselves.
