Betsafe Join Large Online Poker Network

Gaming operator Betsafe have negotiated a deal with OnGame, a network of Austrian casino and poker operator bwin. The OnGame network hosts many successful online poker rooms including Hollywood Poker, Poker Room and Red Kings. Betsafe were previously part of Cryptologic’s ever-growing online poker network, and in fact had been for two years. The decision to switch was explained by Betsafe CEO, Henrik Persson: “We looked into many options but when the possibility with OnGame Network arose, it was an easy choice. OnGame Network has a great selection of tournaments, promotions and is a leading innovative poker software supplier. We are now in a position to offer a world class poker product.” Betsafe currently have hundreds of thousands of customers spread across the globe. This means bwin were happy to receive the successful site into their network: “We feel confident that Betsafe is the right partner for us, and we are looking forward to a successful and long lasting partnership,” said Kevin O’Neal, Press Officer for bwin. “Betsafe has the knowledge and expertise needed, and contributes to the liquidity of an interesting customer segment perfectly suited for the OnGame Network.'
