Thursday 5th March 2009 Beginner Wins Sunday $100,000 Guaranteed
Online poker player ‘KrazyKiddo’ won the Sunday $100,000 Guaranteed tournament at online poker room BodogLife.com at the first time of asking and walked away with a total prize of $23,600.
BodogLife.com revealed that 665 players turned out on Sunday night to take part in the weekly tournament but that ‘KrazyKiddo’ emerged victorious after competing at his very first $100,000 Guaranteed final table.
The leading online poker site stated that the newcomer has only been frequenting virtual tournaments for a couple of months but has already cashed in several smaller tournaments in addition to making the final table at a few others.
BodogLife.com revealed that it awards more than five million dollars every month in cash prizes and stated that online player ‘Quanberg’ took second place for $13,600 followed by ‘BlueFlare’ in third for $9,100. Rounding out the final table was 'Megaladon’ in fourth for $7,000, ‘DocBox3' in fifth for $5,700, 'Maberle' in sixth for $4,500, 'FishTrapper’ in seventh for $3,300, ‘LukeStarbucker’ in eighth for $2,200 and 'Cusee' in ninth for $1,300.
