Merge Signs With Initial Rewards

Initial Rewards Limited, a leading supplier of promotional merchandise and loyalty reward programmes for the gaming industry, has signed a three-year deal with online poker software provider Merge Gaming Network. The deal will see Initial Rewards provide loyalty platforms and support across all of Merge Gaming’s licensed online poker brands. “Through this deal with Merge Gaming, Initial Rewards reaffirms its leading position within the loyalty industry for online gambling operators,” said Lee Reuben, Director for Initial Rewards. “Our relationships with Playtech, MicroGaming, CryptoLogic and now Merge Gaming deliver loyalty rewards to thousands of customers each month. We’re proud to be the number-one tool in customer retention for the e-gaming industry.” Merge Gaming has more than 18 brands hosting poker rooms using its back-end software and administration tools including CarbonPoker.com and PDCPoker.com. It is rapidly becoming one of the leading networks for the online gaming industry by offering clients a flexible and customisable package in order to start an operation. “We searched high and wide looking for a loyalty store provider,” said Ian Williams, Marketing Director for Merge Gaming. “In the end, the choice was simple. Initial Rewards is the best in the business and have been for a long time. Merge Gaming is a highly innovative company and some of our licensees will be doing some exciting projects with the store.” Initial Gaming was founded in 2007 by brand loyalty experts Lee and Jon Reuben and saw over 10,000 customers last quarter redeem various products from earned loyalty points. It is now the largest dedicated supplier of promotional merchandise and loyalty reward programmes for the gaming industry outside of North America with its customer relationship management experience having been recognised by clients such as Paradise Poker and Betfair.
