Casino Gran Madrid Going Online With Playtech

Isle of Man-based online gaming software developer Playtech has signed a new licensing agreement that will see it help Spain’s Casino Gran Madrid in launching an online operation. Casino Gran Madrid is one of the largest and most prestigious land-based gaming operators in Europe and Playtech will supply its market-leading online casino and poker products through the iPoker network as the new operator launches an online presence. “We are delighted to have secured this agreement with one of Europe's largest and most respected land-based operators,” said Mor Weizer, Chief Executive Officer for Playtech. “We expect this to be a significantly value accretive relationship exemplifying our strategy to increase the number of regulated markets in which we operate.' Playtech revealed that Casino Gran Madrid had been working closely with its development and customer support teams in order to devise a suite of products that could be tailored to meet player demand.
