COO of Action Gaming Network leaves company

3rd June 2009: Action Gaming Network, operator of www.actionpoker.com announced today that following a reorganization of its core operational activities to South Africa that it had reached agreement with its COO, Clive Archer to leave the Company. “We are sad to see Clive leave the business and his contribution has been enormous and he has been a leader in tuning our operational structure, processes and strategy, but now this has been completed we understand that Clive needs new challenges and so we have reluctantly agreed to part company’ said Ben Johansen CEO of the Company. “I have enjoyed my time with Action immensely and it has been a hard decision to move on as the Company is now better placed than ever to achieve the success it merits, however I feel my skills can now be better employed elsewhere” stated Clive. “I am certain Action will grow from strength to strength under Ben’s leadership”
