Wednesday 17th June 2009 Experienced Professionals Join G2
Two of the industry’s two most experienced iGaming executives have joined G2, the new interactive lottery, sportsbetting, poker, bingo and casino subsidiary of leading American gaming technology and services firm GTech Corporation.
Dominic Mansour, formerly the Chief Executive Officer for Mallorca-based online bingo gaming services firm Bingos.com, has been recruited as G2’s new Head Of Casino And Games while Alison Digges, previously the Managing Director Of International Business for St Minver, will be the subsidiary’s Head Of Bingo.
G2 is comprised of Boss Media, Finsoft, St Minver and Dynamite Idea and provides fully-regulated operators with a range of end-to-end gaming services, content and technology solutions including e-commerce marketing, player relationship and risk management alongside fraud prevention, responsible gaming and community functions. The new subsidiary is designed to bring together GTech’s combined expertise and lottery industry insight in order to responsibly drive digital gaming.
“I’m delighted to welcome these two experts to our team,” said Johan Berg, Chief Operating Officer for G2.
“As part of G2, with the resources of GTech behind us, we’ll be developing more new products and penetrating more new markets than ever. So, we are extremely pleased to have Dominic and Alison in these market-facing roles.”
Under Mansour’s direction, Bingos.com went from investment to profitability in less than four years before the business was sold to NetPlay TV. Prior to this, he served as Managing Director for GlobalCom London, a leading British bingo operator.
Digges joined St Minver in 2004 from Victor Chandler where she worked as Sales And Marketing Director for the company’s games division. She has also served as Commercial Director for a Premiership football club and also spent five years as Sales And Marketing Director for Datamonitor, a global market intelligence company floated on the London Stock Exchange in 2000.
