Thursday 9th July 2009 Online Qualifiers Underway For Masters Tournament
Qualification for the penultimate stop of the European Masters Of Poker tournament is now underway across the Entraction network and players can qualify for as little as two Euro or 200 VIP points.
The fourth and final European Masters Of Poker event for 2009 will take place in Barcelona from July 29 to August 1 and is expected to feature 500 runners with an estimated prize pool of €500,000.
Having already visited Estonia and Bulgaria, the tour recently completed its Prague leg, which attracted 258 players and generated a prize pool of €258,000.
Premium partners for the €1,150 buy-in event include i4poker, Pokerihuone, Pinnacle Sports, KickOffPoker, DailyPoker, GoldWin Poker and 24hPoker with nine daily satellites into the €100 Sunday Main Qualifier alongside five satellites each day into the €100 Wednesday Main Qualifier.
Entraction revealed that it is giving away at least six packages to the Spanish tournament from each Sunday Main Qualifier in addition to four through its Wednesday events. Each package to the European Masters Of Poker is worth €1,800 and includes the €1,150 buy-in and €650 for travel and hotel expenses while players can also buy-in directly through their Entraction account.
The European Masters Of Poker has been designed to appeal to players that want to play in large live tournaments in exciting locations with affordable buy-ins. Being held at Casino Barcelona, the final stop for the year will also feature a €550 pot-limit OMAHA events alongside a €330 no-limit hold'em tournament.
