Bonomo Takes Online Poker Tournament

Leading online poker room Bodog.com has revealed that Justin ‘ZeeJustin’ Bonomo won its weekly $1,050 buy-in Super Tuesday tournament to take home a cash prize of $75,855. The Super Tuesday event regularly attracts some of the biggest names in poker and this week’s event drew a total of 389 entrants. Bonomo held the lead going into the final table before building up a three-to-one chip advantage over virtual competitor ‘Mumtum23’ as heads-up play began. A few hands later, a turned flush sealed the tournament and a very nice payday for Bonomo. Twenty-four-year-old Bonomo is a sponsored Team Bodog player and has his own table at Bodog.com where amateurs can take a crack at defeating the youngest player ever to make a European Poker Tour televised final table.
