Friday 21st May 2010 Gioia to participate at iGaming Super Show
American firm Gioia Gaming Systems has announced that its founder and Chief Executive Officer, Gene Gioia, will share his personal experiences of raising start-up capital for a new venture at the iGaming Super Show in Prague next week.
Gioia is the man behind the newly soft launched RealDealPoker.com and will join other successful entrepreneurs for the Raising Capital For Start-Ups panel discussion on May 27 at 3.15pm local time.
RealDealPoker.com features the automated Cut N’ Shuffle system and replaces a standard random number generator with real cards to give players the experience of being in an actual casino. The patented system includes the provision of a ‘cut function’ alongside the deployment of ‘burn cards’, which is something that Gioia maintains is not provided by any other online poker site.
“Raising venture capital in uncertain economic times is extremely difficult,” said Gioia.
“But, if you’re like me and have an original idea that you’re passionate about developing, it can be done. I’m happy to share my experience and help point others in the right direction.”
In addition, Denver-based Gioia revealed that its Affiliate Manager, Paul Gambrill, will also be in attendance at the Letnany Exhibition Centre to speak with prospective affiliates and explain why players trust the unique system and how this can affect their bottom lines.
RealDealPoker.com began running real-money games last week as part of its initial rollout and new players can download and compete in advance of the hard launch next month.
“So far, the response has been overwhelmingly positive and we are pleased with the results of the systems in a real money environment,” said Gioia.
