Monday 9th May 2005 Getminted.com Appoints Telecoms Expert
Online gambling site Getminted.com, has recruited Gloria Gonzalez as Head of Marketing. Gloria has a wealth of experience working in various roles in the telecoms market for Ericsson, PageOne, O2, iTouch and Zed over the last 15 years.
Getminted is owned by Cashcade Ltd. Cashcade also operate: www.betplayandwin.com, www.getmintedbingo.com and www.getmintedpoker.com. Cashcade pays out over £15 million in prizes every month to users of its sites. Gloria’s remit at Cashcade is to promote Getminted and partners through offline and online media.
Gloria joined Getminted.com less than a month ago, but she has already made her mark. Gloria is the driving force behind Getminted’s live national advertising campaign. Getminted are heavily promoting their Bingo, Monopoly and Poker products offline at a number of sites through the UK.
“My plan is simple,' said Gloria, “to put Getminted on the map as the place to come for lighthearted gaming fun. I want to create an approachable brand, where all levels of players – beginners and well versed alike can play, be it casino, poker, instant win games or the increasingly popular bingo. I will be looking at classic direct response above and below the line marketing techniques, which the company has not employed before to complement its online presence.”
