New casinos get eCogra seal of approval

Bosses of eCommerce and Online Gaming Regulation and Assurance (eCogra) chose the European Interactive Gaming 2004 conference in Barcelona to announce the five new online casinos to get its seal.

The casinos were all subject to independent testing and inspection by teams from international audit group PriceWaterhouseCoopers. These tests insured the casinos were up to eCogra’s stringent requirements of operational efficiency, fair gaming and player protection.

The five casinos are www.alljackpots.com, www.allslots.com, www.casinouk.com, www.firstwebcasino.com, and www.wildjack.com.

eCogra director, Andrew Beveridge said; 'The latest seal awards bring to 49 the top-class casinos that have committed to genuine and enforced regulation.' He added, 'Further online gambling operators are currently being considered, and interest in the eCogra standards is growing from players, casinos, leading poker rooms and software providers alike.'
