PokerStars.com Soccer Sponsorship

One of the world�s leading poker websites, PokerStars.com has signed a deal with the FL Interactive network, which runs UK soccer club�s official websites. The deal will make PokerStars the only poker site to have access to the large market of soccer sites.

The deal will run for two years initially, giving the poker site access to over seventy websites and more importantly to the millions of fans who use the sites. The supporters will be able to enter poker tournaments, win prizes and even seats to watch their team play. PokerStars� Head of Marketing, Tamar Yaniv, was delighted with the deal, �Poker has a strong association with football with both requiring a combination of passion, skill and luck to be successful, and we are looking forward to working with the FLi on a variety of exciting projects.�

FL interactive has exclusive rights to the websites of 77 soccer clubs and manages the digital rights on behalf of the clubs.
