AcrossTheFelt Gives a Taste of the Real Deal

A new poker site aimed specifically at novice players launched itself this week. AcrossTheFelt.com features low limit and cheap buy-in games and big prizes of over $10,000. The site was the creation of avid poker fans Derek Andrucko and Chris Sokoloski who felt there was a gap in the market for a more fun based, less profit driven poker site.

“If we create a favourable environment for the players then everything else will take care of itself,” explained Chris Sokoloski. “Our goal is to prevent our users from experiencing the frustrations all online players experienced up until now with the big-name sites.”

The initial reaction from players and critics has been good and as word spreads the number of players is bound to rise rapidly. The site gives new players the opportunity to experience real online poker games against other players without losing a fortune, some games costing only 6 cents to begin.
