Monday 18th October 2004 Oasis casino announce second biggest jackpot win
Oasis Casino have announced that they have just paid the second highest pay out in the history of the company. The winnings were awarded to a long time member of the casino, known as James M, to the value of US$ 77,000. James was playing the popular Caribbean Stud progressive game, when he hit the jackpot.
The Caribbean Stud Poker Progressive jackpot is one of the two highest paying games offered at Oasis Casino. Between the two games, the other being called the Super Caribbean Stud Poker progressive, players are vying for dividends from over US$ 1.1 million in payouts. James M hit the massive jackpot after paying just 1 dollar to play the game.
Director of Corporate Communications, Randolph Shea, released the following statement accompanying the happy announcement, “At Oasis Casino, it is our goal to provide each and every customer with a memorable online entertainment experience. After this week's events, we are more than confident that James has 77,000 positive memories of his good friends at Oasis Casino.”
This is the second occasion that an Oasis player has hit the jackpot. In 2002 another player won US$ 115,753.76 also after playing with a 1 dollar stake, which remains the largest one day win in the company’s history.
