eCOGRA To Approve More Online Casinos

eCommerce and Online Gaming Regulation and Assurance (eCOGRA) – the online gaming industry’s standards authority – will approve a new batch of online casinos for the much sought after “Play It Safe” seal.

eCOGRA will authorise the display of their ‘Play It Safe’ seal by year’s end to a number of online casinos that have been through a rigorous assessment procedure and met eCOGRA’s high standards. A professional audit group has undertaken the inspections.

eCOGRA’s CEO, Andrew Beveridge says, 'over the past few months we have experienced unprecedented interest in eCOGRA from several important online casinos and poker rooms.” He adds, “judging by the level of firm applications now under review I anticipate very significant increases in the number of seal holders within the next six months.'
