CryptoLogic appoint poker expert

CryptoLogic have announced they have made a new staffing arrangement- Steve Morrow of Paradigm Poker Consultants, is being enlisted as a consultant to the company. The software development company who distributes their products throughout the global online gambling industry, is turning to the poker consultant to aid the progress and development of their poker products. Morrow�s role will be to advise and assist CryptoLogic in the design and development stages of producing new online poker software.

Morrow has a great deal of experience in the world of poker-a fact that CryptoLogic are hoping to take advantage of in. He has directed both the land based 2002 World Series of Poker tournament, and the largest online tournament, the 2002/3 World Championships of Online Poker. The intention is to use this kind of experience in helping CryptoLogic to focus on new products geared towards large scale poker tournaments- which would provide licensees with an increased volume of players, as well as the ability to offer larger cash prizes. Another intention is to also develop improved customer support capabilities.

Lewis Rose, the president and CEO of CryptoLogic, said of the decision to use Morrow�s services as a consultant: 'In a short time, our licensees' central poker room has grown to be the fourth highest revenue generating room on the Internet, and Steve Morrow will help CryptoLogic continue this exciting momentum...Steve's considerable experience and track record in poker will be a tremendous asset as CryptoLogic continues to invest in its poker strategy.'
