Departing PartyGaming Boss Now Eyeing Brunson

Last week, PartyGaming announced a set of incredible financial reports; reason enough, you’d think, to crack open a bottle of champagne and maybe sit down to a casual game of poker in the office before getting on with the job at hand. Alas, the bubbly stayed on ice and the cards and chips under lock and key as PartyGaming’s Chief Executive, Richard Segal shocked many by announcing that he was quitting.

It seems that Segal didn’t fancy being part of the company’s next development, which would involve him and his family moving to Gibraltar, the last remaining morsel of the British Empire off the coast of Spain. Instead, he seems to be setting his sights on developing another online gambling Mecca with Doyle Brunson Poker Network (DBPN).

As one of the fastest growing sites on the net, DBPN would be a great choice for Segal and would give him the chance to prove he can do the same as he did for PartyGaming all over.
