DoylesRoom.com Teaching Amateur Poker League to Play

There are plenty of poker schools these days, but the Amateur Poker League is set to bring novices the most glamorous, and surely the most helpful, one yet. They have teamed up with the Doyle Brunson Poker Network to create the Doyle Brunson Amateur Poker League, which aims to provide the 100,000 APL members with the resources to become great players.

Brunson is said to want the new site and school to become the most sought after destination for poker amateurs. His hope is that players can learn to be consistent in their decision making at the table and therefore pick up more chips and more cash at the end of the game.

If the incentive of having Brunson passing on tips isn’t enough, there will also be advice from Mike Caro and Todd Brunson.

As part of the school’s launch, doylesroom.com are also running a plethora of new tournaments with prizes including seats at the WSOP. It sure beats being taught by a random old guy in your local bar.
