Record Breaking Strip Poker Event on the Cards

What started out as a fairly obvious April Fool�s joke, has become something of a cause celebre in Ireland. Bookmakers Paddy Power circulated press releases and rumours on April 1 that they were to hold the world�s largest ever strip poker contest. While most people realised they were keeping themselves entertained, nearly 100 brave souls sent messages saying that they would be up for taking part. Now it appears that the event may actually take place. 'We're trying to investigate whether it's possible or whether we'll get put in prison for it,' said a Paddy Power spokesman. They are currently in talks with the Guinness Book of Records to see if the record would actually stnd. If they get the go ahead, then the tournament will take place in either August or September. Details about how to enter are sure to emerge soon.
