Tuesday 13th June 2006 Bodog and Excapsa Gaming Network Join Ethoca
Ethoca Limited has announced the addition of two of the online gaming industry’s leading players, Bodog and the Excapsa Gaming Network, to its data sharing network.
The two online gambling companies have joined forces with Ethoca in a bid to help eradicate unwanted transactional activity in their ‘customer not present’ environments, through the use of data sharing. The pioneering service works by connecting its members to a collective pool of member-provided customer transactional data, which is maintained in a manner that prevents any compromise of the privacy or proprietary rights of the customer or member. This information and analyses provided by Ethoca instantly enables each member to evaluate the risk of fraud on any given transaction, allowing them to make an informed decision on whether to process a transaction or not.
