Musician Aims for Hit at WSOP

Singer and songwriter Brian McFadden will be representing CelebPoker.com by taking his seat at the 2006 WSOP in Las Vegas this July.

Having already worked with the 2005 World Music Awards and American Music Awards shows in Las Vegas, CelebPoker.com will be turning its hand to the WSOP main event and placing their 'pocket ace' Brian McFadden right in the action. It is likely that Brian will be one of many notable celebrity players who are looking to make their mark on the poker world. In their midst will be seasoned poker professionals, long time tournament players and the new breed of online enthusiasts.

McFadden, 26, is no stranger to the spotlight either. He was one fifth of Westlife, a highly successful boy band and is now a solo artist in his own right and a household name in Europe.

CelebPoker.com hopes that McFadden�s experience as a singer means he�ll handle the pressure well. He apparently has a natural talent for reading people and cards. All these attributes and diversified skills, say CelebPoker.com, have made McFadden into something of a card shark over the past year of playing.
