Taj Systems Claims US Bill Will Not Affect the Company

Taj Systems, a Florida-based gaming software developer, believes the US Congress' recent legislation which bans online gaming in the US could be very beneficial for the company.

'People will begin to recognise Europe and Asia as the top online gaming markets for the next decade, a fact we've been preaching since our inception,' said Taj Systems president Carl Gessner. 'We believe the shift in focus towards Asia will influence many gaming operators to license our popular TeenPatti or three-card software to penetrate the valuable markets and diversify their product offering.'

Taj Systems believes that the two largest gaming markets with the most potential are China and India. Both, they say, represent robust economies, ample discretionary capital in the hands of a large, educated work force, and a rapidly increasing base of internet users.

The company’s focus remains on the global Indian population with the creation and recent launch of its TeenPatti game, a three-card version of poker.

'With over one billion Indians in the world, only three million of whom reside in the US, we do not need to generate any business from America,' said Gessner. 'In addition to India, our focus remains on other markets such as England, Australia, South Africa and countries in Southeast Asia.'
