Gay and Lesbian Poker Players to be Catered at New Site

ComeOutPoker.com, the world's first online poker site catering exclusively to the gay lesbian bisexual transgender (GLBT) community launched its real online poker room yesterday.

'ComeOutPoker is proud to be the first online poker site to provide the GLBT community a real poker room,' said ComeOutPoker.com spokesman Marc Willis. 'Poker has long been a way for people to come together in a community-like atmosphere to meet, play, and have fun. The GLBT community is long overdue the same excitement and fellowship that has been readily available to the straight community for years.'

The site boasts the first ever gay poker game. �ComeOut Hold'em� is played along the same guidelines as Texas Hold'em, but all straights are eliminated from the ranking of the hands. ComeOut Hold'em is available in all sit and go, tournament, and heads-up games.

Additionally, the site will include a social networking aspect. Users will be able to enter a detailed profile and a photo and users will be able to chat via instant messages whilst they are logged in.

'ComeOutPoker is trying to appeal to poker players in the GLTB community as the number one site for them to play,� continued Willis, �as well as bring the fun and excitement of online poker to the GLBT community as a whole.�
