Riley's and 888 join forces

Riley's, the nationwide chain of snooker and pool clubs, has joined forces with online casino and poker room 888.com to provide a tantalising proposition for online gamblers.

The three-year partnership sees Riley's aiming to host live poker tournaments in around 100 of the 168 clubs it runs across the country, with 888 giving the Riley's poker brand support and consultancy.

888.com will also drive the new poker website for Riley's, assisting it with its considerable knowledge of the online gambling industry.

Gigi Levy, CEO at 888.com, commented, "This is a hugely exciting, unique and innovative partnership for 888.com.

"The co-operation between 888 and Rileys creates a unique customer offering and experience, unparalleled in the offline and online poker world, where customers are able to be part of a community of poker players that meet and play live poker both online and offline."

A range of new events and products such as poker leagues, regional events and a national competition with a televised final are also set to be included within the new Riley's Poker offering.
