Titan wins customer service award

Titan Poker, a room on the iPoker network, has won a prestigious award for its customer service.

It scooped Gambling Online's Gold Award for the best online poker customer service, and received its gong at a ceremony in London last month.

Titan's players are provided for 24 hours a day by customer service personnel who can be contacted by telephone, email, fax or the chat system in its poker software, and the room's language flexibility also received plaudits.

Its software is available in English, French, German, Italian, Spanish, Polish, Turkish, Swedish, and Norwegian - and its support services themselves are also multilingual.

These facilities make it possible for players to face opponents who speak other languages while viewing the game on their own - allowing for a flexible and excitingly varied online poker experience.
