Cyberstud is good example of progressive jackpot

Cyberstud Poker's 'progressive jackpot' now stands at over £90,000 - and thus still represents a good opportunity for online poker players.

The jackpot keeps on rising until it is won by a single player, and is currently going up by around 1p a second.

The progressive jackpot game allows a broad range of bet sizes and is powered by Microgaming, which connects it to multiple casinos.

Players are also allowed to make side bets as they play, so as to qualify for additional jackpots and payouts which might arise.

Other leading progressive jackpots are run by the likes of Mega Moolah, Tunzamunni and Major Millions - with the first on that list seeing an incredible seven-figure pot at the time of writing.

Many of the others have ever-increasing six-figure pots, meaning that the chance to win big money is always around the corner on the internet.
