Prize pool peaks at $100,000 for Everest

Poker website Everest has just announced a $100,000 guaranteed tournament to be held on March 10th.

The Texas Hold Em competition offers gamblers three separate ways to buy in, including one which doesn't involve splashing out any cash.

There is the direct buy in option which costs $109, or $100 of this can be supplemented with an Everest Poker Gold Token.

Jonathan May, Everest Poker property manager explained the third option: "For our devoted players, we wanted to offer them a really nice reward, and they're getting the chance to buy into this tournament with their Summit Points. 25000.00 + 2250.00 Summit Points allows interested players to buy in with no direct cost to them."

He added: "The response to our previous guaranteed tournaments has been fantastic and we're giving all of our players a chance to enter this one."
