Bad Beat Poker Psycho Skips Town

A man who tried to shoot his opponents following a home game of poker, has gone on the run after a County Judge in Williamsport, Pennsylvania issued a bench warrant against him.

45 year-old Harold Hoskins, decided to run rather than face sentencing, and will forfeit his $40,000 bail.

The trial surrounded Hoskins� reaction to busting out of a poker game, when tried to shoot his opponents, but luckily, the gun was jammed by incorrect ammunition.

During the trial, witnesses and prosecutors were able to build up a solid picture of Hoskins� actions on the night in question, despite many of the witnesses being extremely reluctant, with one failing to remember anything.

James Drummond and Linda Bower had invited Hoskins to a home-game. On losing his final hand Hoskins got angry and left. While most bad losers would have left it at that, Hoskins returned with a gun. While trying to get the remaining money, he held the gun to one of the player�s heads, and then he tried to pull the trigger.

A police officer testified that the weapon was wrongly loaded, but that it only contained two bullets.

Hoskins has yet to be found.
